For short term bookings, between 1 to 3 days stay:
Cancellations must be received in writing (e-mail - Fax) at least 3 days before the date of arrival.

Cancellations after this deadline or for no-showing will be charged the amount equal to one night's stay.

For long term bookings, more than 3 days:
Cancellations must be received in writing (e-mail - Fax) at least 7 days before the date of arrival.

Cancellations after this deadline or no-showing will be charged 50% of total nights booked.

Cancellations for groups of 10 or more people:
For groups or for bookings of at least three rooms, there is a deposit of 30% of the entire price, and any changes or cancellations must be received at least 10 days before the date of arrival. The cancellation fee cannot be taken from the amount that is paid as a deposit therefore the deposit is non-refundable.

The compilation and submission of the forms on our site "Case of Latomie" means authorization for the processing of personal data in accordance with Article. 10 law 675/96 on privacy.
Treatment of personal data consists in the collection, recording, organization, conversion, processing, selection, extraction, and deletion, or the combination of two or more such operations.

The data collected will be used by "Case of Latomie" solely for internal processing and for sending information material about our offers. They will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties.

Any dispute will be referred to the Court of Marsala.
