The countryside and the buildings are located near an area of great scenic and historical interest, just 7 km from the sea and the Archaeological Park of Selinunte, over a fully fenced area of about 30 hectares. Only organic olives and citrus fruits are grown here.
An enchanting scenery of centuries-old olive trees and lush citrus groves lies between the “Latomie” (over-ground mines where people from Selinuntine used to collect large blocks of limestone for the construction of their city, traces of which are still visible after 2600 years) and the ancient "Conigliere "(fenced stone walls) in a maze of countryside roads perfect for long walks.
We make organic jams out of our citrus fruit. These are offered for breakfast, used for our home-made patisserie and are also sold to the public.
The olives are harvested by hand in October and November, to be cold milled and then turned into organic olive oil that is sold within the premises and also available in precious lithographed tins of 50 cl.
